Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5

messages per inquiry depending on appointment status and follow-up

activity. Recurring messages may be sent based on appointment events.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on

your mobile carrier plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchase: You are not required to consent

to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one final

confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. For help
